Outsourcing services of personnel in consistency with the applicable provisions of the Federal Labor Law, through specialized companies in each business line corresponding to our clients. Through this subcontracting, we manage individual work relationships for the benefit of our clients, giving them maximum certainty and efficiency with respect to their work force, from hiring to the end of the relationship for any reason.

 

Design, Calculation and Administration of Payroll

Attending to the specific needs of each client according to their market and requirements, we focus on the design of each payroll in compliance with the legal provisions on labor, tax and social security, in order to achieve maximum savings and optimize the cost / benefit, both for those customers and for their workers. In line with our philosophy, we abstain from using strategies or interpretable or questionable schemes before the authorities that could eventually generate a risk or contingency for customers.

Based on the design prepared for each client, and based on the incidents reported by the staff, each pay period we carry out the payroll calculation and coordinate the dispersion of the same, the whole of contributions, the presentation of notices to governmental entities and the execution of the corresponding vouchers.

 

Government Procedures

We carry out the necessary procedures before government agencies in order to notify personnel registrations and deletions, changes to the salary base, exercise of credits or payment.

Our goal is to always keep our customers and workers in compliance with the payment of their legal obligations and avoid contingencies at their expense.

 

Conflict Management and Litigation Representation

In case of any conflict with the workers or litigious labor process, we have a highly trained internal legal staff in order to administer the procedure in all its stages and before any authority, until reaching a solution according to the interests of our clients. Our dispute management and litigation representation services do not generate additional charges to the client regardless of the duration of the procedure; it is simply another hallmark of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

 

Management of Trade Unions and Collective Relations

In accordance with our clients needs and business, we manage collective labor relations through the unions that represent our workers, and / or provide necessary assistance in representation with unions with which these clients have previous relationships.

 

Personnel Selection

We advise our clients in the selection and hiring of new personnel through agreements with other institutions and their own databases. Depending on our clients profile and candidates profile, we practice the necessary exams, including psychological, psychometric, personality, aptitude, intelligence and knowledge, and carry out criminal background checks.

 

Training

We have agreements with different institutions and our own staff to coordinate and organize specialized training courses in computing, legal, administrative, financial or other techniques depending on the profile of the worker. Depending on the clients needs, these courses can be practiced in the facilities of the institutions or in the clients own, and be accredited with the acknowledgments of official validity.
